Hey Bon Jovi, Philadelphia Wants Their Tickets To Go See Your Crappy Show!

Last February, Jon Bon Jovi promised the city of Philadelphia that he would give them a free concert if his Philadelphia Soul won the Arena Football League Championship. In July, the Soul won ArenaBowl XXII. At that point, he promised fans that the concert would happen later this year. Its now February, and the free concert still hasnt happened. For those of you doing the math at home, this year has come and gone, and its now next year, and Philadelphia Soul/Bon Jovi fans (all 6 of them) are still waiting to see their 46 year old (almost 47) hero and team owner relive the 80s with his crappy music.
